1. 対象と利用許諾

販売者は、正規に取得した購入者に対し、本製品の実行版を、購入時に表示された利用単位・
対応環境・利用条件に従って使用する非独占的な権利を許諾します。利用者が本製品を用いて
制作した作品の権利を、販売者へ移転させるものではありません。作品の商用利用を本製品の
利用だけを理由に制限しません。

1ライセンスにつき1名が利用できます。その本人が所有または管理する端末の台数は制限しま
せん。組織は利用人数分を購入して割り当て、旧利用者がそのライセンスに基づく利用を終了
した後、組織内の別の利用者へ再割当できます。申告・承認は不要です。個人利用・業務利用
・商用制作、端末移行および保管・復旧目的の合理的バックアップを認めます。アプリ独自の
認証・台数管理サーバーを追加するものではありません。

購入前に、本条件、対応環境、機能・制約、価格、提供方法、返金条件を確認してください。
購入契約の当事者、決済・返金の取扱いは購入先の表示・適用条件に従い、本条件は販売・決
済事業者との契約を置き換えません。

2. 独自部分の権利

販売者が独自に開発したプログラム、画面、素材、文書に関する権利は、販売者またはその正
当な権利者に留保されます。購入により、それらの著作権やソースコードの所有権が移転する
ものではありません。

販売者の許可なく、独自部分を第三者へ再配布、転売、再許諾、公開すること、独自部分の改
変版を配布・提供することを禁止します。独自部分のソースコードを取得・公開する権利を許
諾するものではありません。

第1項の組織内再割当を除き、利用許諾の譲渡、再許諾、貸与・レンタルを禁止します。独自
部分の改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリングその他の解析も、以下
の法令・原許諾の例外を除き認めません。正規取得したガイド・アイコン等の製品利用に必要
な閲覧・表示・複製・バックアップは認めますが、素材単体の流用・再販売を包括的に認める
ものではありません。

法令で制限できない権利および第三者部品の原許諾による権利は、この制限の対象外です。第
三者部品やその原許諾を販売者の独自資産として扱いません。

3. 第三者部品

本製品には、Avalonia、SkiaSharp／DNG除外Skia、HarfBuzzSharp、ANGLE、Microsoft .NET、
フォント等の第三者部品を含みます。実際の対象と原許諾は、配布物の
App\Licenses\NOTICES.txtとApp\Licensesを参照してください。

第三者部品について原許諾が認める複製、改変、再配布、解析その他の権利を、本条件によっ
て取り消しません。第三者部品の通知・著作権表示・許諾・免責を維持してください。独自部
分と第三者部品で条件が異なる場合は、対象を区別して適用します。

4. Microsoft部品の保護条件

同梱Microsoft部品は本製品の構成要素として使用し、単体の実行基盤として第三者へ提供・
再配布しないでください。Microsoftまたは供給者の権利表示・通知を削除、隠蔽、変更しな
いでください。Microsoftの承認や推奨を受けた製品であると誤認させる表示をしないでくだ
さい。

Microsoft部品の技術的制限を回避したり、逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル等によりソースを取
得しようとしたりすることは、法令または対象OSSの原許諾が要求・許容する範囲を除いて禁
止します。法令違反となる使用を禁止します。

適用される輸出関連法令を遵守してください。Microsoftおよび供給者の実行部品は現状有姿
で提供されます。法令上許される範囲で、Microsoftは明示の保証を行わず、商品性・特定目
的への適合性・権利非侵害の黙示の保証を排除します。当該部品についてMicrosoftおよびそ
の供給者に請求できる損害は、法令上許される範囲で直接損害かつ合計5米ドルを上限とし、
逸失利益、間接・特別・付随・結果的損害を含むその他の損害は対象外です。強行法規による
購入者の保護は維持します。販売者自身の責任を定める第8項を置き換えず、販売者の約束を
Microsoftの約束として扱いません。

販売者が受容したMicrosoftへの防御・補償義務を購入者へ転嫁するものではありません。

5. 対応環境と入力上の境界

本配布物はWindows 10/11 64bitの通常ユーザー向けです。管理者アプリ、別ユーザー、ログ
イン画面、セキュアデスクトップ、ゲーム・アンチチート等は保証範囲に含めません。

タスクバー等を除く作業領域636×340 DIP以上が必要です。100%表示で636×340物理px、200%で
1272×680物理px以上に相当します。領域が不足するか取得できない場合は案内して起動を中止
します。表示言語は9言語、説明書とサポートは日本語・
英語です。

通常画面へ戻った際にキー解放をOSから確認できない場合、変換を一時停止して通知します。
中断前に押していた通常キーボードのキーを、編集に影響しない画面で一度押して離し、状態
を確認できた後に再開する場合があります。未確認のまま解放済みとして変換を続けるもので
はありません。

対応範囲と制約は購入前の製品説明も確認してください。

6. 更新・導入・削除

本製品のポータブル版は、ZIPを別の新規フォルダーへ展開する方式です。更新・削除前に、
変換OFF、正常解放、アプリの完全終了を確認してください。旧版フォルダーを残せます。設
定・復元履歴は展開フォルダーとは別の製品共通保存先へ保持します。

起動直後は変換OFFです。NumLock ON・プロファイルと割当を確認してから明示的に変換ONに
してください。×は画面の格納で、完全終了はトレイまたは設定の「アプリを終了」です。版
の切替前に全キーを離し、正常解放と完全終了を確認してください。

設定は%LOCALAPPDATA%\NumpadLeftHandDevice\localization-r14\settings.json、表示言語は
同じ場所のdisplay-language.jsonです。別フォルダーの版でも保存先は共通です。更新した
対象アプリのexeが別識別になる場合は、新版の別登録・割当コピーで再設定できます。

設定や履歴を削除する操作は、アプリの展開フォルダーを削除することとは別です。自動で設
定を初期化・削除・復元しません。旧版で設定形式を読めない場合は、原本を上書きせず停止
します。

本製品は買い切りです。購入したmajor版の利用権は、第9項の終了を除き無期限です。同
major版内で公開する更新は追加料金なしで提供します。更新の頻度・回数・提供期間は約束
せず、将来major版は別売りとなる場合があります。新規価格の変更は既購入版の利用権に影
響しません。アプリ独自の自動更新は行いません。再取得は購入経路の案内に従い、永久に再
取得できることは約束しません。配布ファイルと購入情報をご自身でも保管してください。

7. 料金・購入条件・サポート

通常価格：国内680円（税込）、海外US$5.99。実際の販売通貨、適用される税と決済総額は購
入先の表示を確認してください。

購入間違い、購入後不要となった場合、事前に明示した非対応環境での利用など、自己都合の
購入後キャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けしません。ただし、製品の不提供・契約不適合等
について法令上認められる解除・返金その他の権利を妨げず、販路で義務付けられる取扱いに
従います。問題がある場合は購入経路または販売者の問い合わせ窓口へご連絡ください。

導入・起動・更新・製品の既定機能・不具合確認について回答可能な範囲で対応します。応答
時間・解決期限や個別要望への対応は保証しません。第三者ソフト全般の操作指導や制作・個
別作品の修復代行は約束しません。

本製品独自のアカウント登録・ライセンス認証を利用の前提にしません。購入・ダウンロード
に必要な手続きは各購入先の案内に従ってください。

8. 提供内容・保証と損害賠償

本製品は提供時点の仕様に基づき現状有姿で提供します。完全性、無欠陥・無停止、特定目的
への適合、データ保全、将来のOS・対象アプリ等の変更への継続対応を保証しません。重要な
作品・設定はご自身でもバックアップしてください。これは購入者の法令上の権利を制限しま
せん。

販売者の軽過失（重大な過失を除く過失）による債務不履行または本製品の提供に際する不法
行為により損害が生じた場合に限り、販売者が負う損害賠償責任は直接かつ通常の損害を対象
とし、当該製品について購入者が支払った購入代金を上限とします。

この制限は販売者、代表者または使用する者の故意・重大な過失には適用しません。消費者契
約法その他の適用法令により制限できない場合は、その限りで適用せず法令に従います。

9. 違反と利用許諾の終了

通常の違反は是正を求め、合理的期間内に是正されない場合に利用許諾を終了できます。無断
再販売・再配布、法令または第2項で認められる範囲を超える解析・改変等の重大な違反は、
事前の是正期間なく終了できます。終了後は本製品の利用を停止し、そのコピーを削除してく
ださい。利用者の制作物の削除を求めるものではありません。第三者許諾に基づく権利の存続
・終了は各許諾に従います。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本条件は日本法に準拠します。本条件に関する紛争は横浜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管
轄裁判所とします。ただし、適用される強行法規による購入者の保護または管轄を排除しませ
ん。

Numpad Remapper Portable Edition — Terms of Use

2026-10-20.

1. Scope and license

The seller grants purchasers who lawfully obtain the product a non-exclusive
right to use its executable version according to the usage unit, supported
environment and conditions displayed at purchase. Rights in works created
using the product are not transferred to the seller. Commercial use of those
works is not restricted merely because this product was used.

Each license is for one individual, with no limit on devices that person owns
or manages. Organizations may purchase a license for each user and reassign a
license within the organization once the previous user stops using it under
that license. No notice or approval is required. Personal, business and
commercial creative use, migration and reasonable backup copies for storage or
recovery are permitted. No proprietary authentication or device-count server
is introduced.

Before purchase, review these terms, supported environments, features,
limitations, price, delivery and refund conditions. The selected channel's
notices and terms govern the contracting party and the handling of payments
and refunds. These terms do not replace an agreement with a sales or payment
provider.

2. Rights in proprietary material

Rights in the independently developed program, interface, assets and documents
are reserved by the seller or their lawful rights holders. Purchasing the
product does not transfer copyright or ownership of its source code.

Without the seller's permission, purchasers may not redistribute, resell,
sublicense or publicly provide the proprietary material to third parties, or
distribute or provide modified versions of that material. No right to obtain
or publish the proprietary source code is granted.

Except for organizational reassignment under Section 1, transfer,
sublicensing, lending or renting the license is prohibited. Modification,
decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering and other analysis of
proprietary portions are prohibited, subject to the legal and original-license
exceptions below. Lawfully obtained guides, icons and similar materials may be
viewed, displayed, copied and backed up as needed to use the product; this
does not generally permit standalone reuse or resale of those assets.

These restrictions do not apply to rights that cannot be restricted by law or
rights granted by original third-party licenses. Third-party components and
their original licenses are not treated as the seller's proprietary assets.

3. Third-party components

The product contains third-party components including Avalonia, SkiaSharp /
the DNG-free Skia build, HarfBuzzSharp, ANGLE, Microsoft .NET and fonts. See
App\Licenses\NOTICES.txt and App\Licenses in the distribution for the actual
components and original licenses.

These terms do not revoke copying, modification, redistribution, analysis or
other rights granted by original third-party licenses. Preserve third-party
notices, copyright statements, licenses and disclaimers. Where conditions
differ between proprietary and third-party material, apply them separately to
the relevant material.

4. Protections for Microsoft components

Use the bundled Microsoft components as components of this product. Do not
provide or redistribute them to third parties as a standalone execution
platform. Do not remove, conceal or modify Microsoft or supplier rights
statements and notices. Do not imply that Microsoft approves or endorses this
product.

Do not circumvent technical restrictions in Microsoft components or attempt to
obtain their source code through decompilation or disassembly, except where
required or permitted by law or the applicable OSS license. Unlawful use is
prohibited.

Comply with applicable export laws. Microsoft and supplier runtime components
are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Microsoft gives no express
warranties and excludes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. For those components, damages
recoverable from Microsoft and its suppliers are limited, to the extent
permitted by law, to direct damages up to US$5 in total; other damages,
including lost profits and indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages, are excluded. Mandatory purchaser protections remain unaffected. This
does not replace the seller's liability under Section 8, or make the seller's
promises Microsoft's promises.

The seller's accepted defense or indemnification obligations to Microsoft are
not transferred to purchasers.

5. Supported environment and input boundaries

This distribution is for Windows 10/11 64-bit under a standard user.
Administrator applications, other users, login screens, secure desktops, games
and anti-cheat environments are outside its guarantee scope. 

A working area of at least 636 x 340 DIPs, excluding the taskbar and other
reserved areas, is required: 636 x 340 physical pixels at 100% scaling, or
1272 x 680 at 200%. If that area is too small or unavailable, a notice is
shown and startup is cancelled. Nine interface languages are provided, with
Japanese and English documentation and support.

If the OS cannot confirm key release after returning to the normal desktop,
conversion pauses and a notice is shown. It may be necessary to press and
release a regular-keyboard key held before the interruption once in a window
where this will not affect work, before the state can be confirmed and
conversion resumes. Conversion does not continue by assuming release while it
remains unconfirmed.

6. Updates, setup and removal

The portable edition is extracted from a ZIP into a separate new folder.
Before updating or removing it, confirm Conversion OFF, normal release and
complete application exit. Previous version folders may be retained. Settings
and recovery history are kept in product user-data storage separate from the
extracted application folder.

Conversion is OFF at startup. Turn NumLock ON and check the profile and
assignments before explicitly turning conversion ON. The window's close button
hides it; use Exit App from the tray or settings to exit completely. Before
switching versions, release all keys and confirm normal release and complete
exit.

Settings are stored in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\NumpadLeftHandDevice\localization-r14\settings.json; the
display language is in display-language.json in the same directory. Versions
extracted to separate folders still share that data location. If an updated
target application's executable has a different identity, it can be registered
separately and its assignments copied from the old registration.

Removing settings or history is separate from deleting the extracted
application folder. Settings are not automatically reset, deleted or restored.
If an older version cannot read a settings format, it stops without
overwriting the original.

The product is a one-time purchase. The purchased major version may be used
indefinitely, except upon termination under Section 9. Updates released within
that major version are provided at no additional charge. Update frequency,
number and duration are not promised; future major versions may be sold
separately. Price changes for new purchases do not affect existing rights to a
purchased version. There is no proprietary automatic updater. Follow the
purchase channel for downloading again; permanent availability is not
promised. Keep your own copies of the distribution files and purchase records.

7. Charges, purchase conditions and support

Regular prices: JPY 680 including tax for Japan; US$5.99 overseas. Check the
purchase channel's display for the actual currency, applicable taxes and total
charge.

Cancellations or refunds after purchase for user convenience, including
mistaken purchases, no longer needing the product or use in a previously
disclosed unsupported environment, are generally not accepted. This does not
prevent statutory cancellation, refund or other rights for non-delivery,
nonconformity or other applicable grounds, and mandatory sales-channel
handling will be followed. Contact the purchase channel or seller if there is
a problem.

and defect investigation where we can assist. Response or resolution deadlines
and individual feature requests are not guaranteed. Comprehensive instruction
in third-party software, production services or repair of individual artwork
is not promised.

Use of this product does not require a proprietary product account or license
activation. Follow each purchase channel's instructions for purchase and
download procedures.

8. Provision, warranties and liability

The product is provided as is according to its specifications at the time of
provision. Completeness, freedom from defects or interruptions, fitness for a
particular purpose, data preservation and continued compatibility with future
OS or target-application changes are not guaranteed. Keep your own backups of
important artwork and settings. Purchaser rights under applicable law remain
unaffected.

Only where loss results from the seller's breach of contract or a tort
committed in providing the product due to ordinary negligence (excluding gross
negligence), liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages up to the
purchase price paid for the product concerned.

This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence
by the seller, its representatives or persons it uses in performing its
obligations. Where the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law prevents
the limitation, it does not apply to that extent and the law governs.

9. Violations and termination

For ordinary violations, the seller may request correction and terminate the
license if the violation is not corrected within a reasonable period. For
serious violations, including unauthorized resale or redistribution or
analysis or modification beyond what law or Section 2 permits, the license may
be terminated without a prior correction period. Stop using the product and
delete its copies after termination; deletion of your creative work is not
required. Survival or termination of rights under third-party licenses follows
those licenses.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Yokohama District Court is the
agreed exclusive court of first instance for disputes concerning these terms,
without excluding protections or jurisdiction afforded to purchasers by
mandatory applicable law.
